1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the g95jl website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the g95jl platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who interacts with any part of the platform's services.

g95jl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and g95jl.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the g95jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online casino and sports betting participation in the Philippines. g95jl strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of g95jl complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of g95jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or have been excluded by any regulatory authority from participating in gambling activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

g95jl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) g95jl account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering for a g95jl account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify g95jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

g95jl reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Know Your Customer (KYC): g95jl is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the g95jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. g95jl reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your g95jl account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. g95jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. g95jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. g95jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• g95jl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request documentation supporting the source of funds deposited into a player's account.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to g95jl support immediately. g95jl will make reasonable efforts to return erroneously deposited funds but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

g95jl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• g95jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• g95jl reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of the promotion system, or in violation of these terms.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion may have their accounts suspended and bonuses forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the g95jl platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. g95jl does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical malfunction — g95jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• g95jl reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any player, market, or event at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on events whose outcomes are already known at the time of placement will be voided.
• g95jl reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice, including during live events.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, g95jl's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the platform's formal dispute resolution process.

Specific rules for individual game types — including live casino, slots, bingo, and fishing games — are available within each game's interface and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

7. Responsible Gaming

g95jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

Players who self-exclude from g95jl agree not to attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by creating new accounts or using another person's account. Any account found to be in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g95jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing g95jl staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the g95jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of g95jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the g95jl platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of g95jl.

Any unauthorized use of g95jl's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g95jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or event information caused by technical malfunction.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

g95jl's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit g95jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Privacy

g95jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

g95jl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

12. Termination

g95jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Determination that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon termination of your account for cause, g95jl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance attributable to genuine deposits (net of bonuses) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

You may close your g95jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

g95jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

g95jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, g95jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the g95jl platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
